Accessibility Statement

For Alongside ABA organization and website.

Our Commitment to Accessibility, Inclusion, and Empowerment

At Alongside, we are dedicated to supporting individuals with autism and related developmental differences through high-quality, individualized ABA services delivered in homes, schools, and clinics. As part of our broader mission, we strive to ensure that all aspects of our organization—including our website and digital services—are accessible, inclusive, and honoring of the disability community. We are guided by the following principles:

Empower Every Voice:

We believe each individual and family we serve deserves to be heard, respected, and actively involved in shaping their care. We tailor our services to reflect the unique strengths, goals, and values of every client.

Cultivate Inclusivity:

We foster a culture where neurodiversity is celebrated, and all people—regardless of background or ability—feel welcomed, safe, and supported.

Remove Accessibility Barriers:

We are committed to making our services and resources accessible to all. From personalized ABA programs to our online content, we aim to eliminate obstacles and ensure equitable access for every family.

Use Technology to Enhance Access:

We leverage technology to increase accessibility, ensuring our clients and families can engage with us conveniently and effectively—from digital communication to accessible online resources.

Honor and Respect the Disability Community:

We affirm the rights, dignity, and lived experiences of people with disabilities. We are committed to practices that uplift, support, and respect the disability community in every aspect of our work.

Champion Systemic Progress:

We advocate for inclusive practices and policies that create lasting change for individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. We seek to be part of a broader movement for equity and empowerment.

This is not just a statement—it’s how we operate every day. We pledge to serve with compassion, collaboration, and unwavering respect as we work alongside families to support meaningful growth and lifelong progress.

Alongside provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to support the development and well-being of individuals on the autism spectrum. Our services are delivered in a variety of settings—including homes, schools, and our clinics—based on the unique needs of each child and family.

Services are implemented by trained Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and are closely supervised by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Clinical Directors. We use evidence-based strategies grounded in the science of ABA, and we continuously collect and analyze data to monitor progress, guide decision-making, and adjust programs as needed.

At Alongside, we believe in personalized care. Every treatment plan is tailored to the specific goals, strengths, and challenges of the individual child and their family. We actively encourage the involvement of family members and primary caregivers in the therapeutic process, recognizing their essential role in supporting long-term success. We also measure meaningful outcomes to ensure that each client is making progress toward their lifelong goals—at home, at school, and in their community.

Our team is committed to culturally responsive, trauma-informed care and to honoring the strengths of neurodivergent individuals as we help them thrive in ways that are authentic and empowering.
