Lauren Bishop, M.Ed., BCBA

Lauren Bishop serves as Vice President of Clinical Operations and has been working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) since 2010. Since stepping into clinical leadership in 2014, Lauren has focused on building strong teams and creating clinical systems that support meaningful, high-quality outcomes for the clients and families served.

Lauren’s experience spans a variety of service settings, including in-home programs, schools, clinic-based services, and specialized educational environments. She has also served as a Director within non-public school programs, giving her a broad perspective on how to best support learners across different environments and stages of development.

What drives Lauren most is her deep passion for the field and the people within it. She believes that strong clinical outcomes start with strong clinicians, and she is dedicated to mentoring and supporting teams so they can grow into confident, compassionate professionals. Lauren takes pride in helping clinicians develop their skills while ensuring they always feel supported in the important work they do every day.

Lauren is especially passionate about creating learning environments where clients can thrive through play, connection, and positive experiences. She believes that learning should be engaging and meaningful, and that when services are delivered with both clinical integrity and genuine care, clients can make incredible progress.

In her leadership role, Lauren prioritizes maintaining high clinical standards by monitoring outcomes, supporting ongoing training and professional development, and staying current with emerging research in the field. She believes that continuous learning and collaboration are key to ensuring teams are always providing the most effective and compassionate care possible.
