Rosa Hernandez, BCBA
Special Projects, Founder of QBS
Rosa Hernandez began her career in 2002 as a behavior technician and has since dedicated over two decades to serving children and families impacted by autism. She has held a range of leadership roles before founding Quality Behavior Solutions, driven by a single mission: to provide high-quality, equitable services for all families.
Rosa is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with both a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Psychology. In 2006, she completed the Professional Concentration in Autism Spectrum Disorders at the UC Davis MIND Institute, earning recognition as an Autism Specialist. As a bilingual BCBA, Rosa witnessed firsthand the inequities in care tied to socioeconomic barriers and responded by opening the first ABA clinics in the San Fernando and Antelope Valleys.
She also brings deep expertise in Organizational Behavior Management (OBM), firmly believing that investing in team culture leads to stronger client outcomes. Her leadership philosophy emphasizes empowerment, equity, and sustainability in the field of ABA.
In 2024, Rosa led the successful merger of her company to help form Alongside, expanding the impact of her mission through values-driven collaboration. She now serves as a Special Projects Consultant and sits on the Board of Directors, where she continues to shape organizational strategy and innovation.
